317ads Delivery and Return Terms

These terms govern the delivery, cancellation and refund of the digital services that Wemeep Teknoloji Limited Şirketi sells under the 317ads brand, and form part of the Distance Sales Agreement.

1. Scope

317ads is a software service. The subscription packages, additional credit packages and services specified in a quote that are sold are provided electronically. No physical product is shipped; there is no shipping and no shipping fee.

2. Delivery

• Your subscription package is activated on your account as soon as your card is verified through iyzico and can be used immediately. Your first subscription starts with a 14-day free trial; the first payment is taken on the day the trial ends, and we remind you by e-mail at least 3 days before it ends. The trial is granted once per business; for a restarted subscription, the first payment is taken when the card is verified.
• The order confirmation, the Distance Sales Agreement and the preliminary information form are sent to your registered e-mail address.
• If a technical problem occurs, activation takes place within 24 hours at the latest. If it cannot take place within this period, you may request a refund of the full amount you paid.
• Services specified in a quote are delivered on the schedule stated in the written quote.
• Additional credit packages are activated as soon as the payment is approved.
• No package or credits are activated before the card is verified or the payment is approved.

3. Canceling your subscription

• If you cancel during the trial period, you are not charged anything; your package stays active until the end of the trial.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time on the Platform via Settings › Billing › Cancel subscription, or by e-mail or KEP (registered electronic mail).
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current period. You continue to use your package until the end of the period, and your card is not charged for the next period.
• For a yearly package, we send you an e-mail reminder at least 30 days before renewal. If you cancel, your package stays active until the end of the year; if you wish, you can also end the year immediately and request a refund of the remaining amount (Section 6).
• Your cancellation is confirmed by e-mail. At the end of the period, access to the panel closes; your account and data are not deleted and become available again when you subscribe again.

4. Non-refundable cases

Because the service is performed instantly in electronic form with your approval, the following fees are not refunded under Article 15(1)(ğ) and (h) of the Regulation on Distance Contracts (Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği):

• The fee for a month that has started on a monthly package (even if you cancel during the month)
• The fee for the months that have started on a yearly package; the remaining amount is refunded under Section 6
• Additional credit packages activated on your account
• The parts of services specified in a quote that have already been performed

5. Cases with a full refund

• The same payment being charged more than once (duplicate charge)
• A charge that differs from the amount in the order summary, or an unauthorized charge
• The service not being activated on your account within 24 hours even though payment was received, or never being provided at all for a reason attributable to the Seller
• The Seller terminating the subscription without just cause (the fee for the unused period)

If we notice a duplicate or erroneous charge, we refund it without waiting for you to apply.

6. Ending a yearly package during the year

If you want to end your yearly package before the year is over, simply write to us. The package closes on the day your request reaches us. Each month that has started up to that day is calculated at the monthly package price; this amount is deducted from the yearly fee you paid, and the remainder is refunded. If the calculated amount exceeds the fee you paid, no refund is made, and you are not charged any additional fee either.

Example: you paid ₺20.160 + KDV (value added tax) for the yearly Starter package and ended the package during month 3. 3 × ₺2.400 = ₺7.200 is deducted, and ₺12.960 plus the KDV on it is refunded.

7. Automatic refund of credits

If a generation you start in Studio fails, is rejected or is not completed within 30 minutes, the credits reserved for that job are automatically restored to your account. You do not need to apply for this.

8. Package changes

When you upgrade or downgrade your package, the amount payable and the date on which the change takes effect are shown on the payment screen before you confirm.

9. Refund process

1. Send your refund request to hello@317ads.com or to our KEP address (wemeepteknoloji@hs01.kep.tr), together with the order date and amount.
2. An accepted refund is made through iyzico to the card you used for payment, within 14 days at the latest from the day your request reaches us.
3. How long it takes for the amount to appear on your card depends on your bank; refunds of installment payments may be reflected by your bank in installments.
4. The invoice issued for the refunded amount is corrected with a document that complies with the legislation.

10. Ad spend

The spend for ads published on Meta is charged by Meta to the payment method in your Meta ad account. This amount is not paid to 317ads; therefore, it cannot be refunded by 317ads. Requests regarding ad spend are subject to Meta’s own rules.

11. Consumer rights and contact

If you purchased as a consumer, your rights under Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers (6502 sayılı Tüketicinin Korunması Hakkında Kanun) and the related regulations are reserved.
