Meta connection
You connect through Meta’s own login window; we never see your password. When you connect, we tell you which permissions we ask for and why.
Permissions we request
Managing and reading your ad account, seeing your Pages and Instagram account, advertising on behalf of your Page, reading posts and insights, and accessing your business portfolio.
Disconnecting takes one step
When you disconnect in the panel, the stored access token is deleted and the permissions are revoked on Meta; if Meta refuses, the panel tells you. Your ads on Meta stay exactly as they are.
Or remove it from Meta
If you remove the app in Meta Business Settings, the connection closes on our side too, and the panel says so.
Access token
Your Meta access token is never sent to the browser; it is stored in our database only in encrypted form. Every Meta call made from our servers carries the app’s signature.
Never reaches the browser
The token is never written into a page, a URL or our logs.
AES-256-GCM
Tokens are stored in the database encrypted with AES-256-GCM.
Signed calls
Every Meta call is signed with appsecret_proof.
Spending controls
Every step that uses spending permission is bound to a rule; none of them is left to a model’s guess.
Everything is set up paused
Campaign, ad set and ad, without exception.
A single gate to go live
No path in the software, AI output included, can start a campaign without your approval.
Read-back
A setup doesn’t start, and stays paused, if it can’t be read back from Meta, doesn’t show as paused, has a daily amount different from the one you approved, or has no end date (unless you chose to run without one).
Payment method check
On an account that can’t spend, the Go live button stays disabled.
Duplicate setup protection
Two tabs, two clicks or a retry won’t set up a second campaign.
Pausing takes one click
Pausing needs no confirmation; starting needs a confirmation that states the amount.
Account isolation
Each business’s data is kept separate. At the query level, one customer’s records are blocked from appearing for another.
Business-scoped queries
Every query that reads customer data is narrowed to the business ID.
Role-based access
Users see only the businesses they’re authorized for.
Audit log
Every write made on a customer’s behalf is recorded, so the question of who changed a budget, and when, always has an answer.
Who, when, what
Budget changes, going live and pausing can all be reviewed after the fact.
Publishing record
For every setup, we keep which step was written to which Meta endpoint and what Meta returned.
Closed by default
Unauthenticated requests, missing configuration and unknown states are rejected.
Payments and your data
Subscription payments are taken through iyzico, a licensed payment institution; your card details never reach 317ads. The data controller is Wemeep Teknoloji Limited Şirketi.
Your card never passes through us
Card details are entered in iyzico’s form and stay there.

How do I cut off your access to my ad account?
Just choose “Disconnect” in the panel: the stored access token is deleted and the permissions are revoked on Meta (if Meta refuses, the panel tells you). Removing the app in Meta Business Settings also closes the connection.
Where is my data stored?
The app and database run on Cloudflare infrastructure. Meta and our infrastructure provider are based outside Türkiye; data is transferred as described in our privacy policy.
Are AI models trained on my data?
For customer work, we don’t use providers that ask for perpetual rights to inputs and outputs. We check for this condition when choosing a provider.
