Data deletion

This page explains requests to delete your personal data processed on the 317ads advertising platform. It is also the data deletion URL requested in the Meta App Dashboard.

How to make a request

1. Through the Platform: sign in and follow Settings › Account › Delete account and data. Before deleting, you can download all your data as a JSON file from the same place. When the deletion is complete, you are shown a confirmation code.
2. Through Meta: remove the 317ads app in your Meta account settings. Meta sends us a signed deletion notice; only the account and data you own are deleted automatically, and Meta gives you a confirmation code and a link to this page.
3. E-mail: write to hello@317ads.com with your registered e-mail address and your request.

What is deleted?

• Account profile and sessions
• Encrypted Meta access tokens
• Ad plans and audit logs kept on the Platform (within the limits of the retention policy)

Your ad account, campaigns and spend records on Meta belong to you; they remain on Meta, and their deletion is done through Meta’s interface.

Records that must be retained

Under tax and commercial legislation, invoice / accounting records may be kept for the statutory period. For details, see the Privacy Policy §8–9.

Timeframe

After a Meta notice or an e-mail request, processing is completed within a reasonable period (usually 30 days). Except for financial records, data is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.
