Do prices include VAT?
No. VAT is added to the prices shown; before you confirm, the payment screen shows the total including VAT separately.
Do you take a cut of my ad budget?
No. Your ad budget is paid directly to Meta, and the payment method stays in your Meta ad account. The 317ads fee is a separate item.
What are image credits, and what happens when they run out?
Credits are spent when you generate images in AI Studio. One image at Basic (1K) quality costs 3 credits; Professional (2K), AI Studio’s default, and higher levels use more credits per image. The square and portrait sizes of an ad image come from the same image, while story and landscape are separate images: all four sizes at Basic quality come to 9 credits. Setting up campaigns, ad copy suggestions, results and recommendations don’t use credits. Your plan’s credits renew every month, and unused credits don’t carry over to the next month. Credits for a failed generation are restored automatically. If you run out, your campaigns keep running; only new image generation pauses until the next month or a plan upgrade. To upgrade, just write to us.
What if I leave a yearly plan before the year is up?
Just write to us. Each month you’ve started is charged at the monthly price, and the rest is refunded to your card within 14 days at the latest. For example, if you leave the yearly Starter plan (₺20,160 + VAT) during month 3, 3 × ₺2,400 = ₺7,200 is deducted, and ₺12,960 plus its VAT is refunded. Details are in the Delivery and return terms.
How does the trial work?
Your first subscription starts with a 14-day free trial; the trial is available once per business. Your card is verified through iyzico when you sign up (₺1 is charged and refunded right away). You’re not charged until the trial ends, and we email you a reminder at least 3 days before it does. If you cancel during the trial, you pay nothing.
