317ads Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern the use of the 317ads advertising platform ("Platform") service. The Platform is provided under the 317ads brand by Wemeep Teknoloji Limited Şirketi ("317ads", "we"). By using the Platform, you accept these terms.

1. Description of the service

The Platform is a software service that enables businesses to connect their own Meta ad accounts in order to create, publish, manage and report on Facebook and Instagram ads. Ad copy and visual suggestions, as well as performance commentary, are generated with the help of artificial intelligence.

317ads is not an advertising medium. Ads are published on Meta and are subject to Meta’s terms.

2. Who may use the Platform

The Platform is intended solely for use by businesses engaged in commercial activity and their authorized representatives. You must be at least 18 years old, be authorized over the Meta assets you connect, and have the legal capacity to accept these terms.

3. Your account and your Meta connection

• You are responsible for the accuracy and confidentiality of your account information.
• You may connect only the Meta assets you are authorized to use.
• You may disconnect at any time.

4. Your assets belong to you

Your Meta business portfolio, ad account, Pages, Instagram account, pixel and catalog belong to you. 317ads accesses them on your behalf only with the authorization you grant.

5. Ad spend and payments

• Ad budget: ad spend paid to Meta is charged to your payment method. 317ads is not a party to this amount.
• Platform fee: a subscription or service fee may be charged separately.
• Taxes: are added in accordance with applicable legislation.

6. Responsibility for ad content

As the advertiser, you are responsible for the content of the published ad, the product/service and compliance with legislation. The Platform’s suggestions are advisory only; no content is published without your approval.

7. AI-generated content

• No guarantee of accuracy or suitability is given; reviewing content before it is published is your responsibility.
• Disclosures required under the Commercial Advertising Regulation (Ticari Reklam Yönetmeliği) (digital characters, etc.) are your responsibility.
• Using AI-generated images or voices of real persons without their permission is prohibited and is not allowed on the Platform.
• Meta may automatically apply an AI label.

8. Prohibited uses

• Accessing Meta assets without authorization
• Circumventing Meta policies
• Misleading or unlawful advertising
• Reverse engineering, excessive load, bypassing security
• Infringing intellectual property

9. Service continuity

We make efforts to provide uninterrupted service; we do not give any specific uptime commitment. Interruptions due to maintenance or caused by Meta may occur.

10. Limitation of liability

Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the Platform in the twelve months preceding the event. We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or Meta sanctions. These limitations do not apply to intent or gross negligence or to cases where liability cannot be limited.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Platform at any time. The Meta connection is removed; data is deleted within the periods set out in the Privacy Policy. The ad account remains yours.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. We will notify you of material changes by e-mail. Continued use means acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing law

The law of the Republic of Türkiye applies. The courts of Diyarbakır have jurisdiction over disputes. Consumer rights are reserved.
